mesa: move swrast ReadPixels code into core Mesa
The swrast ReadPixels code has no dependencies on swrast since moving to Map/UnmapRenderbuffer(). We'll be able to remove s_readpix.c and remove the state tracker's glReadPixels code next. Acked-by: Eric Anholt <eric@anholt.net>
