intel/isl: Explicitly cast between different enums

Fixes warnings like

warning: implicit conversion from enumeration type 'enum isl_format' to
different enumeration type 'enum GEN10_SURFACE_FORMAT'
[-Wenum-conversion]
         .SourceElementFormat = ISL_FORMAT_R32_UINT,
