panfrost/midgard: Dead code eliminate MIR
We reshuffle the existing "dead move elimination" pass into a generic dead code elimination layer, fixing bugs incurred with looping in the process. Signed-off-by: Alyssa Rosenzweig <alyssa@rosenzweig.io>
