As now __typeof__ is used in util/macros.h

The minimal required version is Visual Studio 17.9 or later, or cl.exe version 19.39.33428 or later.
According to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/c-language/typeof-c?view=msvc-170#requirements
