svga: use SVGA3D_QUERYTYPE_MAX for svga query type check

Use SVGA3D_QUERYTYPE_MAX instead of SVGA_QUERY_MAX for
svga query type check.

Tested with various OpenGL apps with GALLIUM_HUD set.
