softpipe: Move the faces array from view to filter_args
With that, sp_sampler_view instances are not abused anymore as a local storage, so we can later make them constant. Reviewed-by: Brian Paul <brianp@vmware.com> Reviewed-by: Roland Scheidegger <sroland@vmware.com>
