autogen.sh: pass --force to autoreconf, quote ORIGDIR

By passing --force autoreconf will update all the aux files, which would
otherwise be ignored if one updates autoconf/automake.

Quote the ORIGDIR variable to prevent fall-outs, when its name contains
space.
