Thomas Hellstrom c269d560e4 Make vm handle buffer objects instead of ttm objects. 
Remove ttm objects.
Make vm aware of PCI memory type buffer objects.
(Only works for pre 2.6.16 kernels for now).

By default, this will install into /usr/local.  If you want to install this
libdrm to replace your system copy, say:

./configure --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/
