Michel Dänzer 35066b51ef Revert "Make sure busmastering gets disabled on module unload." 
This reverts af7b89d724 commit. It causes an oops
on X server shutdown here, and for the reporter of bug #7629 as well.

By default, this will install into /usr/local.  If you want to install this
libdrm to replace your system copy, say:

./configure --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/
