f3091bac21 amdgpu: Fix wrappers for AMDGPU_VM IOCTL. 
Rmove amdgpu_context_handle from the interface and use
amdgpu_device_handle instead. Uupdate VMID reservation test
accordingly.

33dcc29f7c amdgpu: Add VMID reservation per GPU context test. 
The test will Reserve a VMID, submit a command and
unreserve the VMID.
