udev: remove accidentally-checked in file
Accidentally added ine7a9c07ffebut never hooked up to meson so it never got built. And if it did it'd have failed. Fixes:e7a9c07ffe("udev: parse the EVDEV_ABS properties for a potential fuzz setting") Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/-/merge_requests/1175>
