test: add a test device for the Lenovo X1 Carbon 3rd

Notable: sends BTN_0/1/2 instead of the trackpoint

This device currently has the INPUT_PROP_TOPBUTTONPAD property set, kernel
patches [1] and [2] are pending to remove this. This test device already lacks
the property.
