Richard Purdie 8d70f44989 make-event-names: Fix determinism issue 
The order of dict values is not deterministic in python leading to differing 
header file generation which results in differing build output for the same
configuration. Sort to remove this inconsistency and make the output 
reproducible.

libevdev - wrapper library for evdev input devices

libevdev is a wrapper library for evdev devices. it moves the common tasks when dealing with evdev devices into a library and provides a library interface to the callers, thus avoiding erroneous ioctls, etc.
