On a device with more than 256 slots we would read (and copy) past our changes stack-allocated changes array. Fix this by capping to MAX_SLOTS though this also requires us to memset the target where it is larger than MAX_SLOTS. There are no real devices with 256+ slots, so this is a theoretical issue only. libevdev - wrapper library for evdev input devices
libevdev is a wrapper library for evdev devices. it moves the common tasks when dealing with evdev devices into a library and provides a library interface to the callers, thus avoiding erroneous ioctls, etc.

The eventual goal is that libevdev wraps all ioctls available to evdev devices, thus making direct access unnecessary.
