Peter Hutterer 510bde8f47 gitlab CI: use Fedora 33 and Ubuntu 20.10 
This requires latest CI templates for the mkosi changes. Since the start_vm.sh
script is now gone, switch to using vmctl instead.

libevdev - wrapper library for evdev input devices

libevdev is a wrapper library for evdev devices. it moves the common tasks when dealing with evdev devices into a library and provides a library interface to the callers, thus avoiding erroneous ioctls, etc.
