Werner Lemberg ac5babe876 Fix 'fall-through' warning messages. 
Modern compilers get more insistent on that...

* include/freetype/internal/compiler-macros.h (FALL_THROUGH): Define.
* src/*: Use it instead of `/* fall through */` comments.
