Werner Lemberg b613478cc7 * builds/toplevel.mk (distclean): Remove `builds/unix/freetype2.pc'. 
* src/cff/cffdrivr.c: Don't load headers twice.

* include/freetype/internal/ftserv.h (FT_SERVICE_SFNT_H): New macro.
* src/base/ftobjs.c: Include FT_SERVICE_SFNT_H.
