* src/smooth/ftsmooth.c (ft_smooth_render_generic): Apply consistent
LCD padding regardless of `FT_CONFIG_OPTION_SUBPIXEL_RENDERING'.

* devel/ftoption.h: Comment out `FT_CONFIG_OPTION_SUBPIXEL_RENDERING'.
