* include/freetype/ftbitmap.h (FT_Bitmap_Embolden): Improve
documentation.

* src/base/ftsynth.c (FT_BOLD_THRESHOLD): Removed.
(FT_GlyphSlot_Embolden): Check whether slot is bitmap owner.
Always modify the metrics.
