spec: launchd is no longer open-source 
launchd is apparently proprietary since OS X Yosemite v10.10 (2014).

The last known open-source version is
https://github.com/apple-oss-distributions/launchd/releases/tag/launchd-842.92.1
(OS X Mavericks v10.9.4).
