Ralf Habacker 214fbc6dbf Add Windows manifest to dbus-update-activation-environment.exe ... This explicitly sets the execution level to 'asInvoker', preventing Windows' UAC heuristics from deciding that because its name mentions "update", it probably needs to escalate privileges.
