fd5ac15ebc * test/qt/*: Update the testcases, including testing the new 
functionality of sending null QByteArray and QString over the
        bus. Add new headertest test and restore the old
        qdbusxmlparser test.

d54ababd5f * test/qt/*: Sync with KDE Subversion revision 523647. 
Update the testcases to the new API. Remove testcases for
        classes that are no longer public or have been removed.
