test: Add targeted tests for dbus/dbus#413 , dbus/dbus#418
...
Unlike the message-internals test, these do not rely on extra debug
instrumentation in libdbus, and so can be used for "as-installed"
testing. (However, they do require GLib.)

tests: Call dbus_shutdown()

Not all of these tests will be fully valgrind-clean yet (or perhaps
ever), but it's easier to add this to all of them than to think
about it.

bus: Silence most log messages when testing OOM handling
...
In parts of the OOM testing, our logging produces multiple megabytes
of output. Let's not do that.
