Andrea Canciani 1ce096657b Fix compilation on MacOS X 
Enable "ld_preload" (DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES + DYLD_FORCE_FLAT_NAMESPACE)
and build cairo-trace as a library instead of a module to make it
work also on MacOS X.
