Carl Worth	e97cfd5eae	Made all changes necessary to abandon the Xc library, (sucking the functionality up into cairo_surface_t instead). Eliminated most of the remaining X datatypes (XFixed, XPointFixed, XLineFixed, XTrapezoid).
