Beniamino Galvani dd98fd1414 wifi: export the Wi-Fi standard of access points 
This adds a new "wifi-standard" property to the NMAccessPoint object
in D-Bus libnm. The property indicates which Wi-Fi standard (802.11n,
802.11ac, ...) is supported by the AP.

Clients can fetch this new information and display it to users, as
done on Android.

In the first revision of the patch, the property was named
"wifi-generation". I think that "wifi-standard" is better because it
doesn't assume that the current naming schema (Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5) will be
used forever.
