* src/NetworkManagerDevice.[ch]
	  src/NetworkManagerDbus.c
	  doc/NetworkManager DBUS API.txt
		- Add a new status tag "scanning", which is set when there
			is no active network connection, but NetworkManager is
			looking for an access point to associate with

	* panel-applet/main.c
		- Cast the applet appropriately for gtk_widget_show_all ()
