Thomas Haller 85e3f956ad contrib/rpm: update spec file with upstream source URL 
This isn't useful for contrib/fedora/rpm itself because here
the __SOURCE__ gets set by the build scripts.

But this spec file is copied to Fedora downstream where the
SOURCE URL is used.
