Wen Liang 4c32dd9d25 ipoib: skip validating the DEVICE when reading the ifcfg file ... For the ipoib connection, it is still considered as valid if the profile does not set the device name. Also, the ifcfg reader should not duplicate the checks that `nm_connection_verify()` performs (especially not wrongly).
