Dan Winship 22b92a7574 libnm-core: change DCB DBUS_TYPE_G_UINT_ARRAY properties to G_TYPE_ARRAY 
Change NMSettingDCB's guint-array properties to G_TYPE_ARRAY, with
annotations indicating the element type.

Since DBUS_TYPE_G_UINT_ARRAY was already represented as a GArray, this
does not require any changes anywhere else.
