bb0a26e906 wifi: add support for new "6GHz" band
Until now the Wi-Fi bands were named after the first 802.11 standard
that introduced them: "a" for 5GHz introduced in 802.11a and "bg" for
2.4GHz introduced in 802.11b/g. With new bands added, this naming
scheme doesn't sound very intuitive to remember for users. Furthermore
we have now 6GHz that is introduced by 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6), but the
compatible devices can use all three the bands (2.4, 5, 6 GHz).

For the 6 GHz band, simply name it "6GHz".

247000deed core: reject new connections if the feature is disabled or removed
If a feature like Wi-Fi, OVS, team, etc. is disabled or no longer
supported, it is better to report an error when the connection is
added via nmcli than accepting the connection and complaining later
about a "missing plugin"; there is no plugin and the connection will
never be able to activate.

Example errors now:
  # nmcli connection add type team
  Error: Failed to add 'team-nm-team' connection: team support is disabled in this build

  # nmcli connection add type gsm
  Error: Failed to add 'gsm' connection: WWAN support is disabled in this build

  # nmcli connection add type wimax nsp 00:99:88:77:66:55
  Error: Failed to add 'wimax' connection: WiMAX is no longer supported

Note that we don't touch libnm-core (the part defining the settings
and properties), as that defines the API of NetworkManager. The API
should not change according to compile flags.

38dca2f044 keyfile: write the gateway explicitly
The keyfile format allows to specify the gateway in two ways: with a
separate "gateway" key, or by appending the gateway address to one of
the address$N lines:

  [ipv4]
  address1=192.0.2.1/24
  gateway=192.0.2.254

  [ipv4]
  address1=192.0.2.1/24,192.0.2.254

The former syntax is self-documenting and easier to understand for
users, but NetworkManager defaults to the latter when writing
connection files, for historical reasons. Change that and use the
explicit form.

Note that if a users has scripts manually parsing keyfiles, they could
stop working and so this can be considered an API breakage. OTOH,
those scripts are buggy if they don't support both forms, and they can
already break with perfectly valid user-generated keyfiles.

I think it's acceptable to change the default way to persist keyfiles;
the only precaution would be that this patch should not be applied
during a stable release cycle of a distro.

c9327b2e8b agent: print error message character in hex form if it's unprintable
Currently, when the agent manager is sent a registration request
containing UTF-8 characters, it will form an invalid error message
using only one of the bytes from the UTF-8 sequence, which causes
an assertion in glib to fail, which replaces the returned error message
with "[Invalid UTF-8]". It will also print an assertion failure to the
console, or crash NetworkManager on non-release builds.

This commit makes it so that it instead prints out the character in
hexadecimal form if it isn't normally printable, so that it is once
again a valid UTF-8 string.

e12e5a2ad4 libnm,nmcli: add ipvx.dhcp-dscp property
Currently the internal DHCP client sets traffic class "CS6" in the DS
field of the IP header for outgoing packets.

dhclient sets the field according to the definition of TOS (RFC 1349),
which was was deprecated in 1998 by RFC 2474 in favor of DSCP.

Introduce a new property IPvX.dhcp-dscp (currently valid only for
IPv4) to specify a custom DSCP value for DHCP backends that support it
(currently, only the internal one).

Define the default value to CS0, because:

 - section 4.9 of RFC 4594 specifies that DHCP should use the standard
   (CS0 = 0) service class;

 - section 3.2 says that class CS6 is for "transmitting packets
   between network devices (routers) that require control (routing)
   information to be exchanged between nodes", listing "OSPF, BGP,
   ISIS, RIP" as examples of such traffic. Furthermore, it says that:

     User traffic is not allowed to use this service class. By user
     traffic, we mean packet flows that originate from user-controlled
     end points that are connected to the network.

- we got reports of some Cisco switches dropping DHCP packets because
  of the CS6 marking.

keyfile: add a NetworkManager.conf option "keyfile.rename"
The default behavior is not to rename profiles. I guess, that makes
sense, as renaming a file when changing the "connection.id" could break
users who rely on the name.

My use case is the following. When I connect a Wi-Fi hotspot I use
`nmcli device wifi connect $SSID`, which -- as expected -- persists the
profile to "/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/$SSID.nmconnection".
Later, I always update the profile's name to "w_$SSID" so I can see on
the name that this is wireless profile. I also want the filename to
reflect that change of name.

Add a configuration option for that. All the infrastructure
("force_rename" parameter) already exists.

keyfile: add option to nms_keyfile_writer_connection() to follow the preferred name
There was already a force_rename argument to nms_keyfile_writer_connection(), which
-- if TRUE -- means to always rename the file, if it exists.

What we also want, is to follow the change of a connection.id. So we don't want
to force a rename, if we already use the preferred name, but we also want to rename
otherwise.

Extend the boolean "force_rename" argument to a NMTernary, where NM_TERNARY_DEFAULT
now means to follow the preferred name.
