c81fb49aa5 all: fix up multiple-include-guard defines
Previously, src/nm-ip4-config.h, libnm/nm-ip4-config.h, and
libnm-glib/nm-ip4-config.h all used "NM_IP4_CONFIG_H" as an include
guard, which meant that nm-test-utils.h could not tell which of them
was being included (and so, eg, if you tried to include
nm-ip4-config.h in a libnm test, it would fail to compile because
nm-test-utils.h was referring to symbols in src/nm-ip4-config.h).

Fix this by changing the include guards in the non-API-stable parts of
the tree:

  - libnm-glib/nm-ip4-config.h remains NM_IP4_CONFIG_H
  - libnm/nm-ip4-config.h now uses __NM_IP4_CONFIG_H__
  - src/nm-ip4-config.h now uses __NETWORKMANAGER_IP4_CONFIG_H__

And likewise for all other headers.

The two non-"nm"-prefixed headers, libnm/NetworkManager.h and
src/NetworkManagerUtils.h are now __NETWORKMANAGER_H__ and
__NETWORKMANAGER_UTILS_H__ respectively, which, while not entirely
consistent with the general scheme, do still mostly make sense in
isolation.

62dd70e1d1 core: use singleton nm_firewall_manager_get() throughout without taking additional ref
No need to keep references of the singleton and take an additional ref
when accessing nm_firewall_manager_get().
Especially, since the firewall manager instance was nowhere passed in from
externally, it doesn't even sense for some vague testing purporse. Not to
mention, that there are no tests that actually inject a firewall manager stub.

037c67f471 firewall: ignore UNKNOWN_INTERFACE errors
If the firewall didn't know about the interface, don't log errors
about it because there's nothing NM can do. Also, sometimes NM
sends the not-IP interface, like when disconnecting WWAN when the
PPP interface is already gone.

71cce80f1f core: suppress error message ZONE_ALREADY_SET when adding firewalld zone
See also https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=886432, where
firewalld was changed, not to return ZONE_ALREADY_SET for 'changeZone'.
However, 'addInterface' can still fail with this error.

Suppress the following error lines:

  <debug> [1392290031.179280] [firewall-manager/nm-firewall-manager.c:117] nm_firewall_manager_add_or_change_zone(): (em1) firewall zone add -> (null)
  ...
  <warn> (em1) firewall zone add/change failed: (32) ZONE_ALREADY_SET

c4417c71b6 core: use non-recursive build
Although having different parts of NM in different subdirectories
keeps the source tree neat, it has made the build messy, particularly
because of cross-dependencies between the subdirs.

Reorganize to build all of the pieces of the NetworkManager binary
from src/Makefile, and only use recursive make for test programs,
helper binaries, and plugins.

As part of this, get rid of all the per-directory convenience
libraries, and switch to building a single top-level
libNetworkManager.la, containing everything except main.c, which all
of the test programs can then link against.

2290a70385 firewall: set interface zone before IP configuration (rh #805405)
We need to set the interface's firewall zone before we kick off
any sort of IP configuration, so that rules for stuff like
DHCP are already handled by the time that these services are started.

128695c447 firewall-manager: changing the zone an interface belongs to
When we want to change the zone an interface belongs to
we can't use firewalld's addInterface() because this one
doesn't allow to add interface to zone when it already
has been part of some other/same zone.
We need to use changeZone() method instead - hopefuly
this is the final name of this method.

839eab5564 Use glib-mkenums to generate enum types
Rather than generating enum classes by hand (and complaining in each
file that "this should really be standard"), use glib-mkenums.

Unfortunately, we need a very new version of glib-mkenums in order to
deal with NM's naming conventions and to fix a few other bugs, so just
import that into the source tree temporarily.

Also, to simplify the use of glib-mkenums, import Makefile.glib from
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/654395.

To avoid having to run glib-mkenums for every subdirectory of src/,
add a new "generated" directory, and put the generated enums files
there.

Finally, use Makefile.glib for marshallers too, and generate separate
ones for libnm-glib and NetworkManager.

1c0aeb4575 firewall: add firewall manager
src/firewall-manager tracks whether firewall is on the bus or not.
In nm-device.c at stage5 (ip-config-commit) before we actually
apply the IP configuration to the interface, we send the
IP interface name and zone to firewall and asynchronously wait
for a D-Bus reply. Then after we get the reply
(or if the firewall isn't running) we proceed with
applying the IP configuration to the interface.
