618373a14f dbus: use the annotations for documentation 
gdbus only understands those (and gtk docstrings, which we should eventually
use) when generating the documentation.

fa325dca5a vlan: export parent device for VLANs as D-Bus property 
and use the internal construct-time parent property for VLAN creation.

65a13f9d8a core: convert VLAN interfaces to a device subclass 
Many different interface types can support VLANs, including
Infiniband, WiFi, etc.  So we have to create a new device class
for them instead of keeping the support in NMDeviceEthernet.
