libnm: include "nm-types.h" in "nm-libnm-utils.h"

Browse source 
We now include "libnm/nm-libnm-utils.h" for all compilation of libnm sources.
Let that one also include "nm-types.h". In the end, it's anyway needed
almost everywhere.
